For somebody reading this and hearing about the band for the first time, how would you describe your history ?
Well, we are very dedicated musicians and fo us Metal is more than a kind of music we play, it is a way to live. We got Heavy Metal in our hearts and I think that if you listen to a MAJESTY song, you can feel that dedication in every note that we play.

Describe the songwriting and recording process for "Own The Crown".
"Own The Crown" features two CDs packed with Heavy Metal hyms. The first CD is a Best Of album which is especially very interesting for new fans because they can hear songs from all our albums. On the second disc we have new and rare songs which is awesome for everybody.

Do you prefer playing live then being in the studio ?
Actualy you can not compare those two because they both have a complete different feeling. When you are in the studio you can be creative and work on new ideas and when you play live the ideas you had in the studio come to life. Sometimes playing live is like a reward for the time you spent in the studio because you get a direct response to the songs you wrote.

If you could tour with one band, past or present, who would it be and why ?
Actually it does not matter to much with which band you play. The most important thing is that you can produce magic between the audience and the band when you enter the stage.

Whats your favorite era of metal ? What time period are you a fan of ?
For me, it does not matter in which era a song was written as long as it is good. Of course there was some great metal music written in the 80s but also today you can find lots of great bands who are as dedicated to Metal as the bands where in the past.

Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of music ?
Well, all the things we do are connected with music and actualy we would not have time to do something else. Of course our main focus is always on MAJESTY but we also have our own studio and production company and I am also one of the organizers of the well known Keep It True festival.
